My philosophy is simple: Everyone's a winner in a real estate transaction.  In any real estate transaction, one party wants to sell, and the other wants to buy.  By nature, it does not need to be adversarial. Both sides work diligently to reach an agreement and the ideal outcome.  Beginning the process with an attorney will set you up on solid ground for a successful transaction.

I have lived in the Chicagoland area my entire life. My prior work experience provides me with an intimate knowledge of local municipalities and their requirements for buying and selling homes.  This distinguishes me from many of my colleagues, and has allowed me to work effectively with other attorneys that run into problems on real estate transactions.
